Customising within the ERPNext site was impossible. Since ERPNext had a complex work flow for all modules Ally Homes wished to customise it for their own need.

Ally homes now manage their entire projects without any hassles and ease. Right from capturing their Lead and till the project closure and invoicing all work flow were customised according to their need. Adding Subcontractors and assign them Projects were now done with a click of mouse.
A newly created dashboard, helped in getting the sales executives and subcontractors to-do list assigned to them.
